Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
MIH Media Productions, LLC (“MIH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making mihmediaproductions.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
MIH operates and supports business platforms, technology products, consulting services, digital solutions, and entrepreneurial resources. BizRocketHub and Buzz Social Biz are brands and DBAs of MIH Media Productions, LLC and are not separate legal entities.
We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and to identify and address barriers that may affect a visitor’s ability to access or use website content and features.
Accessibility Target
MIH is currently evaluating whether to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA as the website’s accessibility target.
WCAG is a set of technical guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”). MIH has not yet completed a formal accessibility self-assessment or independent accessibility audit of the website. Accordingly, this Statement should not be interpreted as a certification, representation, or guarantee that the website conforms to WCAG, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any other accessibility law or standard.
Intended Accessibility Practices
Subject to verification, ongoing development, and technical feasibility, MIH intends to use or evaluate practices that may include:
- Using semantic headings, page structure, and navigation landmarks;
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images;
- Supporting keyboard navigation where applicable;
- Reviewing color contrast and visual presentation;
- Using descriptive link text;
- Providing labels and understandable error messages for forms;
- Supporting responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices;
- Testing relevant website features with commonly used browsers;
- Testing relevant website features with commonly used assistive technologies; and
- Reviewing new or materially changed pages and features for potential accessibility barriers.
These practices are intended practices only and remain subject to implementation, testing, verification, available resources, and further review. Some content or functionality may not yet meet these intended practices.
Known or Potential Limitations
The website may contain or link to content and services that MIH does not fully control. Known or potential limitations may include the following.
Third-Party Embedded Content
The website may include embedded content from third parties, such as YouTube videos, social media content, scheduling tools, forms, payment services, analytics tools, or other external services.
For example, captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, player controls, and other accessibility features for an embedded YouTube video may be controlled by the owner or provider of that video. MIH may not be able to modify or correct accessibility limitations in third-party embedded content.
Third-Party Partner Sites
The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or partner sites. MIH may not control the accessibility, content, design, or functionality of those third-party sites.
Visitors should review the applicable accessibility information or contact the third-party provider directly regarding barriers on a third-party website or platform.
Downloadable Documents
The website may include downloadable documents, including PDFs, forms, guides, or other files. Some downloadable documents may not yet be available in an accessible format.
If a visitor encounters difficulty accessing a downloadable document, the visitor may contact MIH using the information below to request assistance or an alternative format.
Legacy Pages and Older Content
Older or legacy pages, archived content, pages undergoing updates, and content created before current accessibility practices were implemented may contain accessibility limitations. MIH intends to address these limitations as they are identified and as updates are made.
Ongoing Review and Remediation
MIH intends to continue reviewing the website and addressing accessibility barriers as reasonably identified.
MIH’s remediation approach may include:
- Receiving and reviewing reported accessibility barriers;
- Identifying the affected page, feature, document, or third-party service;
- Evaluating whether MIH controls the affected content or functionality;
- Prioritizing issues based on their effect on access and usability;
- Making reasonable website, content, design, or technical changes where appropriate;
- Coordinating with third-party providers when MIH does not control the affected content; and
- Rechecking reported issues after corrective action is taken.
MIH does not guarantee that every accessibility issue will be identified or corrected immediately. Timing may depend on the nature of the issue, technical limitations, third-party involvement, available resources, and the scope of the required changes.
